Returns & Refunds
We want you in gear you love and that fits.
Right of withdrawal (angrerett) — EU/EEA & Norway
If you live in the EU/EEA or Norway, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, for a full refund — including the standard delivery cost you paid.
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery: email with your order number, or use the standard Norwegian withdrawal form (angreskjema).
- Return the item within 14 days of notifying us — unused, unwashed, with tags.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving it back (or proof you've sent it), to your original payment method.
- You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
- Exception: genuinely personalised/made-to-your-specification items are exempt where the law allows. Our standard catalogue items are always covered.
Wrong size / exchanges
Our apparel is true to size — check the size chart before ordering. Want a different size? You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags. Email with your order number. Customer covers return shipping on size swaps.
Faulty items, print errors, wrong item (reklamasjon)
On us. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or wrong, we replace it free — usually no return needed. Email within 30 days with a photo. Separately from the 14-day withdrawal right, you have a statutory complaint right (reklamasjon) under Norwegian law of up to 5 years for goods meant to last significantly longer (otherwise 2 years) for faults present at delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Change-of-mind returns made under the right of withdrawal above are refunded in full as required by law.
Cancellations
Items are made to order. To stop an order before printing, email within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try. (This doesn't affect your 14-day right of withdrawal.)
Questions? — real disc golfers, we usually reply within 24–48 hours.
