Refund policy

We want you in gear you love and that fits.

• Apparel is true to size — please check the size chart before ordering.
• Wrong size? You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags. Email hello@wearparked.com with your order number.
• Customer covers return shipping on size swaps

• Our responsibility — we replace it free, no return needed. Email hello@wearparked.com
•  within 30 days with a photo of the issue.

• Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Because items are made to order, we generally offer exchanges/replacements rather than refunds for change-of-mind, except where consumer law (e.g., EU/Norway angrerett) requires otherwise.

• If you're in the EU/Norway, you may have a 14-day right to cancel. Email us and we'll guide you.

• Email within 12 hours of ordering to cancel before it goes to print.
