Welcome to parked. (Wearparked). These Terms govern your use of wearparked.com and your purchases from us. Our store is powered by Shopify. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error or out of stock) and will refund you in full if we do.
2. Prices & VAT
Prices shown to consumers include Norwegian VAT (MVA). Shipping is added at checkout. Orders outside the EU/EEA may incur customs/import charges set by the destination country, payable by the recipient. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at order via our payment provider (e.g. Shopify Payments / Vipps / card). You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.
4. Made to order & delivery
Most items are printed on demand after you order. Production and delivery times are estimates (see our Shipping Policy).
5. Right of withdrawal & returns
Consumers in the EU/EEA and Norway have a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) and the return/exchange rights set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your mandatory consumer rights under Norwegian and EU law, including the right of withdrawal and the statutory complaint right (reklamasjon) — up to 5 years for goods meant to last significantly longer, otherwise 2 years.
7. Products
We aim to show products accurately, but colours may vary by screen. Designs and availability may change.
8. Intellectual property
The parked. name, logo, designs and site content are owned by us or our licensors. Don't copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Don't disrupt, defraud, scrape, or misuse it or infringe others' rights.
10. Liability
We provide the site and products with the care required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Norwegian law, including our obligations to consumers.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, with disputes subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts — without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rules that let you bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. The version in effect when you order applies to that order.
